Author Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit original unpublished full-length English papers through electronic submission system, with up to Six pages for technical content including figures, tables and references. The paper should be prepared according to the Template

All the papers will be peer reviewed by 2-3 experts. The review result comes out in 20-30 days. If the paper needs revising, the revised copy should be submitted again for peer review. All the accepted papers will be included in the IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science. Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in International Journal of Integrated Engineering (IJIE). Please kindly notice that authors are assumed to accept the terms of the Proceedings Publication License, if an article is submitted for publication in this series.

A Guide for Authors

English is the official language of the conference. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Paper Length Limit

The length of the papers limited to 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Authors who would like to publish articles with extra pages in IConCEES 2017, the additional cost is USD 30 per page after the eight page.

Each paper must be between 4 to 8 pages, and additional pages might be charged. Please follow the Conference format. Papers less than 4 pages should not be submitted.
Please use this template (AuthorTemplate.doc).

Please download the Word templates for extensive guidelines on formatting your paper. As a summary, please ensure the following:

• Paper size is European A4.
• Margins are 4cm (top), 2.5cm (left and right) and 2.7cm (bottom).
• The paper includes the author name and affiliation (full address including country).
• Text is single spaced, not double spaced.
• Reference lists are checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete.
• Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
• A thorough proofread is conducted to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration.
2. Follows author guidelines and use the template in Microsoft Word (doc). Regular paper MUST BE BETWEEN 5 TO 8 PAGES, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged at USD 20 per extra page.
3. All figures, tables and references are cited in the text.
4. All author names and the corresponding emails are written in the submitted manuscript. This will be used to send the acceptance letter (if accepted).

Submission method

Paper submission is by onlline system. Before submitting article to ICSEWR 2015, please make sure the full paper has been prepared using this template (AuthorTemplate.doc).

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
7. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.

Authors who submit to this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
c) In addition, authors are encouraged to post and share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) at any point before and after the conference.
