Author Guidelines

General

Manuscripts submitted to the conference must be original work that has not been published or under consideration for conference/publication elsewhere. The manuscript must be written in good English and should be no more than 20 pages in length inclusive of tables, figures and illustrations. All submissions will be peer reviewed. The abstract and conclusions section must also highlight what is new and/or novel in the paper.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference or publication for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments section to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format ONLY.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in conference webiste (https://icme.uthm.edu.my/2024/paper-submission/author-guidelines)
6. The manuscript must be written in good English and should be no more than 20 pages in length inclusive of tables, figures and illustrations.
7. The manuscript file is submitted for the ONLINE conference on 22 - 23 October 2024.
8. The conference fee for presenter is RM1500 (USD315) that includes publication charges.

Copyright Notice

Authors who submit to this conference agree (if the papers are accepted) to the following terms:
a) Authors to transfer to publisher during the full term of copyright, the exclusive rights comprises in the copyright of the Work, including but not limited to the right to publish the Work and the material contained therein throughout the word, in all languages and in all media of expression now known or later developed and to license or permit others to do so.
b) The author represents that the Work is the author's original work. If the Work was prepared jointly, the author agrees to inform the co-authos of the terms of this Agreement and to obtain their permission to sign on their behalf. The Work is submitted only to this, and has not been published before. The author represents that, to the best of his or her knowledge, the Work contains no libelous or unlawful statements, does not infringe on the rights of others, or no material or instructions that might cause harm or injury.
c) If requested by the publisher, the author signs his or her Copyright Transfer Agreement prior to publication process.
