Formatting

Each paper is normally between 5 to 8 pages, and additional pages might be charged. Please follow the Conference format. Papers less than 5 pages should not be submitted.

English is the official language of the conference. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Paper Length Limit

The length of the papers limited to 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Authors who would like to publish articles with extra pages in ICSEWR 2015, the additional cost is USD 30 per page after the eight page.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration.
2. Follows author guidelines and use the template in Microsoft Word (doc). Regular paper MUST BE BETWEEN 5 TO 8 PAGES, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages in ICSEWR 2015 can be purchased at USD 30 per extra page.
3. All figures, tables and references are cited in the text.
4. All author names and the corresponding emails are written in the submitted manuscript. This will be used to send the acceptance letter (if accepted).

Submission method

Paper submission is by onlline system. Before submitting article to ICSEWR 2015, please make sure the full paper has been prepared using this template AuthorTemplate.doc

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
7. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.

a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
