Abstract


The present study to map the relationship between TQM and Organisational Performance and also to implementation a new model of TQM and Organisational Performance by ISO 9001 Effectiveness and organisational culture in manufacturing companies in Libya Lack of enthusiasm and awareness of need in Libyan society tends to avoid ISO 9001 Effectiveness. However the number of certified companies in Libya versus the Arab world relatively very low and from the review of literature carried out it is apparent that more research is needed,  in order to provide a suitable basis for more in-depth study there is no comprehensive study to implementation model of  TQM and Organisational Performance by ISO 9001 Effectiveness and organisational culture in Libyan manufacturing companies gain very high attention and this is main motivation of this study.This study uses Hofstede’s dimensions of national culture to examine whether the theoretical constructs underlying the Baldrige criteria are relevant across national cultures. Path analysis using SPSS and AMOS of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) will be employed on the establishment and validation of TQM implementation, ISO 9001 Effectiveness, organisational culture, and organisational Performance The outcome of the current study will help understanding the paybacks achieved by using ISO9001 Effectiveness.
