Author Guidelines

Formatting

Each paper is normally between 5 to 8 pages, and additional pages might be charged. Please follow the Conference format. Papers less than 5 pages should not be submitted.

English is the official language of the conference. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Paper Length Limit

The length of the papers limited to 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Authors who would like to publish articles with extra pages in ICME2015, the additional cost is USD 30 per page after the eight page.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration.
2. Follows author guidelines and use the template in Microsoft Word (doc). Regular paper MUST BE BETWEEN 5 TO 8 PAGES, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages in MUCET 2015 can be purchased at USD 30 per extra page.
3. All figures, tables and references are cited in the text.
4. All author names and the corresponding emails are written in the submitted manuscript. This will be used to send the acceptance letter (if accepted).

Submission method

Paper submission is by onlline system (Max 10 MB). Before submitting article to ICME2015, please make sure the full paper has been prepared using this template AuthorTemplate.doc.

Submission Preparation Checklist

2. Follows author guidelines and use the template in Microsoft Word (doc). Regular paper MUST BE BETWEEN 5 TO 8 PAGES, including all figures, tables, and references.
   
3. All figures, tables and references are cited in the text.
4. All author names and the corresponding emails are correct. The acceptance notification will be sent to these emails.

If the Work was prepared jointly, the author agrees to inform the co-authos of the terms of this Agreement and to obtain their permission to sign on their behalf. The Work is submitted only to this, and has not been published before. The author represents that, to the best of his or her knowledge, the Work contains no libelous or unlawful statements, does not infringe on the rights of others, or no material or instructions that might cause harm or injury.
c) If requested by the publisher, the author signs his or her Copyright Transfer Agreement prior to publication process.
